Cardamon Design is a full-service interior design firm designing homes from concept to completion. Offering a wide range of interior design services to clients, builders and architects in Southwest Florida. We have earned a reputation for beautifully balanced spaces that feel refreshingly modern and endlessly classic. We create custom interiors for full new builds and renovations that stand the test of time. Our design studio is in a to-the-trade showroom, with access to hundreds of furniture & fabric lines. Cardamon Design has developed and refined a seamless process to help our clients navigate each step. Our designers collaborate from the floor plan development, interior drawings, custom cabinetry, finishes, and selections: furniture, window treatments, styling, and turn-key installation.

Our Process:

We start with a complimentary consultation to define your needs. Cardamon Design understands design is a personal process. It’s about creating spaces that are designed to elevate, engage and endure. As your designer our job is to create allure in your surroundings and to set the stage for your life stories. Whether a complete reno or a new construction home, our creativity, listening skills, technical expertise and industry-wide resources all contribute to an approach that is both exciting and seamless.

Phase I – Backgrounds

  • Review Existing Plans: structural, electrical, plumbing & cabinetry.
  • Determine Client’s design aesthetic.
  • Visit Current Residence to discuss any furnishings to be incorporated.
  • Present plans, furniture plan options and budget spreadsheet.
  • Review updated electrical, plumbing & cabinetry.
  • Update CAD drawings and present to client/builder/G.C.
  • Choose background selections.

Phase II – Furniture and Decorating

  • Schedule appointment with Client to walk showroom together to select area rugs and establish furniture seating comfort.
  • Schedule date for Design Presentation (4-5 months prior to desired completion date).
  • Presentation at Cardamon Design Studio: includes multiple options for furniture, window treatments, and bedding.
  • Cardamon Design secures all orders, receives, inspects, and installs all furnishings.
  • Perhaps the best part of the job – Greeting the Client at the Door to walkthrough their new home.
